Staff Coaching & Training
We provide a (wax on wax off) approach using the Miagi methodology in the original Karate Kid. We provide a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. Development is more expansive and focuses on employee growth and future performance. Identify the effectiveness of your team and provide recommendations. Client Engagement Workshops
Wouldn't it be great if you had a repeatable process for interviewing prospective clients and truly uncovering the things that are most important to them and also the things that they are most concerned about? These workshops will provide you with the skills needed to conduct effective client and prospect interviews giving you the highest probability of getting hired. You will be provided with scripting and the Financial Inner-View® Experience worksheets. Also provided is scripting to conduct Referral conversations with existing clients once you've earned the right by the client.
